Job Description
Clinical Education & Product Coordination Associate providing training and support for Fujifilm’s Endoscopy equipment. Requires travel and offers regional resource management for hands-on courses.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary regional resource by supporting and providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our customers.
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional hands-on events and/or trainings.
- Serve as primary resource for specified hands-on events and/or training, leveraging Fujifilm’s technologies.
- Based on individual requests, enter required equipment into internal database, communicate needs in a timely manner and work with Operations to provide updates and ensure requested equipment is shipped.
- Work with manager to identify internal resource needs based on size and duration of hands-on event and/or training.
- Set up and support Fujifilm video tower / system.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
- Provide support as it relates to the functionality and operation of Fujifilm equipment throughout the given regional hands-on event and/or training.
- Pack up all Fujifilm equipment after each event and/or training.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and design and implement workflows to improve efficiency.
- Offer regional support to accounts on the proper handling, reprocessing and overall functionality of Fujifilm equipment.
- Support use of Fujifilm equipment in clinical research projects.
- Share key learnings with regional clinical specialists in support of overall management of these accounts.
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
- Experience providing training on technical equipment is desired.
- Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred.
- Operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including being proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information and to professionally communicate with internal and external customers and team members at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to identify ways to improve workflow processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause of issues.
- Ability to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal utilization of Fujifilm’s equipment.
- Decision-making skills to determine usage of Fujifilm equipment and type of training needed by customers to effectively utilize the technology.
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize customer requirements.
- Ability to present information in front of small groups of people.
