Job Description
Fintech entrepreneur owning and scaling a startup with EWOR’s network of unicorn founders, investors, and 50,000+ professionals. Building product-market fit, teams, sales, and fundraising strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as fintech
- Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management
- Receive hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals
- Apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
- Iterate the product until reaching product-market fit
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding
Requirements:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup
- Ability and ambition to scale the startup to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication skills in English
