Job Description
Founding CTO and co-founder architecting Cure’s AI-native customer engagement and recovery platform. Building conversational agents, decisioning systems, and enterprise-grade infrastructure for regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build Cure's core AI-native platform across models, agent architecture, data, orchestration, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise integrations
- Create conversational agents that understand account context, personalize engagement, negotiate within policy, coordinate across channels, and act through enterprise systems
- Build the decisioning and personalization engine using machine learning, decision science, experimentation, and behavioral signals
- Establish data pipelines, feedback loops, offline and online evaluations, observability, guardrails, and human-review mechanisms
- Design for security, privacy, auditability, explainability, compliance, and reliable performance in regulated environments
- Work directly with design partners to understand workflows, deploy quickly, measure financial and customer-experience outcomes, and scale early implementations
- Recruit early engineers and applied AI talent and establish scalable technical operating practices
Requirements:
- Record of building and deploying production systems using language models, dialogue systems, or autonomous agents for complex customer or enterprise workflows
- Strong command of personalization, ranking or recommendation, experimentation, optimization, predictive modeling, and feedback loops
- Ability to choose where models should reason, where deterministic systems should govern, and how humans remain in the loop
- Experience integrating into complex enterprise data and workflow environments
- Experience building secure, observable, reliable enterprise systems
- Commitment to personalized, empathetic, effective, and easy-to-resolve customer interactions
- Zero-to-one technical leadership, including architecture, pragmatic tradeoffs, rapid shipping, and recruiting
- Founder-level judgment, curiosity, resilience, urgency, and ownership across product, technology, talent, customer deployments, and company-building
- Direct collections-industry experience is not required
