Job Description
Co-Founder / Founders Associate for a growing video podcast in trading and investing. Supporting production, operations, and strategy with high creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
- Support across the entire podcast production: booking guests, scheduling, and researching guests and topics
- Operations optimization: coordinating Riverside recordings, post-production (audio/video editing), and uploading to platforms like Spotify and YouTube
- Growth projects: content strategy, monetization, and community building
- Strategic right-hand role: project management, analytics review, and process automation — significant scope to shape the role.
Requirements:
- Passion for trading/investing and podcasts
- Ideally experience in content creation or startup operations
- Strong organizational skills and structured thinking
- Fluent in German (native speaker preferred)
- Team player with initiative — you enjoy early-stage environments and work efficiently.
