Job Description
Customer Support Representative at A365 managing emergency response calls and providing solutions. Requires experience in call centers and strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Atención al Cliente - Para nuestra Central de Emergencias A365
- Proporcionar soporte en la gestión de emergencias
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los clientes
- Colaborar con el equipo para resolver situaciones críticas
Requirements:
- Con experiencia en Call center
- Buena comunicación, actitud positiva y orientación al cliente
- Disponibilidad completa para el horario indicado
- Vivir en zonas cercanas a Jesús María, Cercado, Miraflores, Surco, Callao, Rímac, San Borja, San Luis, Surquillo, Magdalena del Mar, Pueblo Libre o de fácil acceso
