Job Description
Commercial Vendor Manager managing major partner contracts for Telia’s Swedish telecommunications infrastructure and real estate sites. Optimizing vendor governance, supplier delivery, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead work related to the largest partner contracts within Real Estate & Technical Sites
- Act as prime stakeholder for selected external partners and suppliers performing work related to Telia’s largest sites
- Manage partner and supplier relationships
- Uphold efficient governance at various levels
- Serve as Telia’s main interface and central contact point
- Own agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, manage, and optimize partner interfaces
- Enable smarter ways of working and accelerate digital transformation
- Oversee operations, escalations, and supplier deliveries
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and support business simplification and development
Requirements:
- Experience in negotiations and ability to make decisions while overseeing operations, escalations, and supplier deliveries
- Experience working with multiple external and internal interfaces, preferably in a technical organization, regulated industry, or business environment with multiple regulatory changes
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience evaluating options and building business cases supporting safe, reliable, and cost-efficient deliveries
- Familiarity with project-oriented work and meeting deadlines and budgets
- Consultancy industry or construction contracting experience (ABT/ABK) is merited
- Technical interest and willingness to learn in a changing business environment
- Swedish citizenship is required due to mandatory security vetting
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering is advantageous
