Job Description

Customer Support Specialist providing assistance for automotive inquiries through various channels. Collaborating with teams for efficient problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, banking, and general concerns
  • Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Escalate and document issues appropriately
  • Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and perform root cause analysis
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with process improvements and knowledgebase updates
  • Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations
  • Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with dealerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
  • Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
  • Experience with ancillary products such as GAP, lifetime oil plans, and related F&I products is a plus
