Job Description
Customer Support Specialist providing assistance for automotive inquiries through various channels. Collaborating with teams for efficient problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, banking, and general concerns
- Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels
- Escalate and document issues appropriately
- Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and perform root cause analysis
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with process improvements and knowledgebase updates
- Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations
- Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
- Build strong relationships with dealerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
- Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
- Experience with ancillary products such as GAP, lifetime oil plans, and related F&I products is a plus
