Job Description

Community Development Manager seeking residential sales opportunities across the USA for Metronet. Build relationships and coordinate market development plans for residential services.

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking out new residential sales opportunities for Metronet across multiple markets and states
  • Identifying, coordinating, and implementing market development plans for residential sales opportunities
  • Securing new opportunities through relationships with housing contractors, HOA, and Utility Companies
  • Work with internal teams to maintain project timelines and efficient delivery of services
  • Build and maintain targeted sales approaches through research and analysis
  • Negotiate with developers, builders, city contacts, and HOA to secure essential agreements
  • Work with Finance, Marketing, and Legal to develop quick revenue opportunities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with local organizations to elevate Metronet's community awareness
  • Attend local community events to forward Metronet's agenda for residential services

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in business or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Working knowledge and experience with Access Laws, rules, and FCC requirements (Inside Wiring Rules) required
  • Documented experience working and communicating with C-Suite
  • Valid driver's license/satisfactory driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications required, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
