Job Description
Community Engagement Officer facilitating capacity building and supporting communication efforts. Engaging with multiple networks and conducting administrative tasks to enhance community involvement.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and facilitating capacity building and meeting activities under the community building
- Attending regular online meetings with networks and communities (CiviCERT, RaReNet, Feminist Helplines, etc.)
- Liaising with the Project Assistant, organizing and arranging travel plans for any in-person capacity building events
- Editing research and documentation of different community building activities
- Preparing tracking sheets and collection of data for DMEAL purposes and sharing them with DMEAL officer
- Preparing drafts for internal newsletter
- Supporting the maintenance of DDP website with content development
- Attending bi-weekly (or monthly) team meetings
- Preparing monthly reporting
