Job Description

Analista de Remuneração supporting strategic decisions on compensation processes at Brasil TecPar. Engaging with business areas to ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness in remuneration policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job analyses, prepare job descriptions, perform job evaluations and determine salary placements;
  • Execute market salary studies, including surveys, benchmarks and comparative analyses;
  • Support salary review processes, collective bargaining adjustments (dissídios), merit increases, promotions and internal transfers;
  • Analyze financial and budgetary impacts resulting from salary changes;
  • Support the design, maintenance and review of job structures, salary bands and pay tables;
  • Ensure correct application of compensation policies and internal governance;
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards and compensation metrics;
  • Provide support to business areas on compensation-related matters;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring data consistency and reliability;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects for compensation processes;
  • Support administration of variable compensation programs (PPR, bonuses, PLR and short-term incentives);
  • Perform calculations, simulations and validations of variable pay payments;
  • Support the definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs, targets and rules for incentive programs;
  • Analyze eligibility, performance and financial impacts of variable compensation programs;
  • Ensure compliance with policies, deadlines and governance of variable compensation programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with job and salary methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson or similar);
  • Experience with salary surveys and market analyses;
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, comparative analyses);
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial impact analysis and HR metrics;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to compensation;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Clear, concise communication and a consultative approach;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously;
  • Desirable: Experience with the Sênior HR system.
