Job Description
Compliance Officer responsible for designing and implementing ethics and compliance programs at a B2B platform startup. Integrating various risk management systems while working remotely from Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of Simetrik's Ethics and Compliance Program.
- Integrates the Business Transparency and Ethics Program (PTEE) and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Management System (SAGRILAFT).
Requirements:
- Professional in fields such as Law, Administration, Accounting, or related areas.
- Training and experience in risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and ethical management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAGRILAFT, PTEE, and anti-bribery laws.
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial risks.
- Proficiency in technological tools for monitoring, document management, and data analytics.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
