Job Description
Consultant implementing cloud supply-chain solutions for SPS Commerce, a cloud technology provider serving 46,000+ retail trading partners. Delivering customer implementations and resolving change-event issues in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop standardized solutions for customers as part of a team of professionals
- Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on problems for customer change events
- Manage escalated events when necessary
- Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems during implementation projects
- Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives and goals
- Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress
- Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
- Track implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve scheduling issues
- Conduct assigned tasks and work under moderate supervision with some independent judgment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
- Balanced mix of driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
