Job Description

Consulting Engineering Manager leading a global consultancy team for Tech Soft 3D. Managing customer relationships and guiding technical solutions across the Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach and develop a high-performing, global consultancy team
  • Foster strong connections with partners, peers, and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business goals
  • Understand customer needs, guide technical solutions, and ensure a great experience from first conversation to long-term adoption
  • Turn customer insights into feedback that helps guide product development and roadmaps
  • Present and demonstrate Tech Soft 3D software connecting technical capabilities to customer value
  • Create compelling content for sales proposals and contribute to engaging marketing materials
  • Stay current on technology and market changes affecting or enhancing products
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Partner Development to refine tools, processes and workflows
  • Build positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative high-performing team environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computing, product design, physics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years’ experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem
  • Previous people management experience
  • Solid understanding of 3D geometry and CAD
  • A track record of success in pre-sales and technical support
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical challenges
  • Ability to travel occasionally
