Job Description
Content & Growth Manager driving audience growth and content strategy across various digital platforms. Coordinating remote teams and analyzing performance for engagement optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive measurable growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Develop platform‑specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Generate creative content ideas, viral hooks, and storytelling formats.
- Align content with brand positioning and audience insights.
- Manage and coordinate freelance editors and content creators.
- Establish repeatable systems for content production, editing, and distribution.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Track KPIs across platforms and optimize based on analytics.
- Experiment with growth tactics and emerging trends.

- Excellent English proficiency ensuring global communication quality.

Benefits:
