Job Description
Content Publisher distributing digital marketing content across CMS platforms for FMG’s financial-professional clients. Coordinating translations, schedules, and AI-assisted publishing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute content across multiple CMS platforms and networks
- Publish social media posts and sequences, emails and sequences, articles, automated campaigns, videos, and other digital content
- Troubleshoot and resolve publishing-related issues
- Coordinate, check, and deliver translated content through the translation workflow, including Spanish and French Canadian
- Collaborate on the publishing schedule
- Communicate with the immediate team to help reduce stress
- Report to the Content Project Manager
- Work with Creative Operations members, researchers, subject-matter experts, and sometimes copywriters and designers
- Use AI tools such as Notion and Claude in day-to-day work
Requirements:
- Experience with coordinating or administering digital content
- Fastidious organization and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate processes to teammates
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new platforms and software
- Strong interest in, or experience working in, an AI-enabled environment
- Experience with Notion or Claude
- Ability to maintain a private, secure, distraction-free workspace
- Availability during assigned work schedule
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
- History of getting along well with others in a fast-paced work environment
