Job Description
Honorartrainer:in bei WBS TRAINING für Operations Management, Datenanalyse und KI. Begleitung von Erwachsenen im Flipped-Classroom-Modell aus dem Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants’ learning outcomes and motivation
- Guiding and supporting learners as a coach in the flipped-classroom model
- Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitating discussions about what has been learned through innovative formats
- Creating a positive learning and working environment
- Supervising participants’ individual work on assignments as part of project work
- Assessing project work
- Supporting the further development and enhancement of the product
- Teaching remotely from a home office
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Operations Management (2+ years)
- Excellent German language skills, at C2 level, as the training language
- Extensive practical experience in Operations Management, operational control, and data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes
- Degree or vocational qualification in business, business administration, Operations Management, or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma
- Extensive experience in day-to-day operational management
- Ability to prioritize based on available data and make decisions under time pressure
- Professional handling of incomplete data, escalation situations, conflicts, and resistance
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications
- Knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of using AI in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations
- As part of the application, an overview of projects in which AI tools have been used in Operations Management
- Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments
- Experience in performance management and conducting feedback and development discussions
- Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability, particularly forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management
- Ability to evaluate courses of action and make well-founded make-or-automate decisions
- Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education would be an advantage
- A comprehensive toolkit of teaching methods and instructional approaches would be an advantage
- Experience applying innovative methods to engage learners would be an advantage
- A New Work mindset and an interest in emerging learning technologies would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork would be an advantage
