Job Description
Werkstudent:in entwickelt KI- und Automatisierungslösungen für 1KOMMA5°’s Heartbeat-Energieplattform. Optimierung von Kundenkommunikation und Betriebsprozessen mit messbaren KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage AI and automation projects, from RAG-powered data processing to automated customer communications
- Use automation platforms to rapidly prototype AI applications
- Work directly with the Process and Operations team to analyze daily challenges
- Develop suitable solutions and evaluate their impact using measurable KPIs
- Document workflows in the knowledge base
- Help make team context accessible to AI agents
- Independently evaluate new AI tools and automation platforms
- Contribute suggestions for improving and automating processes
Requirements:
- Degree studies in business informatics, computer science, data science, or a comparable field—or a strong interest in technology with demonstrable experience
- Practical experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Strong hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to driving initiatives forward
- At least two semesters remaining at a German university or university of applied sciences
- Availability for 15–20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
- Fluent German communication skills, at least C1 level
- Open to feedback, with strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Initial experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not required
