Job Description
Operations-Management-Trainer:in bei WBS Training für praxisnahe Data- und KI-Weiterbildung. Begleitung von Lernenden im Flipped-Classroom-Modell und Bewertung von Projektarbeiten.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants’ learning success and motivation in Operations Management, including Data & AI
- Guide and support learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model
- Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitate discussion and knowledge sharing through innovative formats
- Motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working environment
- Support learners individually in completing assignments as part of project work
- Assess project work
- Support the ongoing development of the product
- Teach remotely from a home office
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Operations Management (2+ years)
- In-depth practical experience in Operations Management, operational management, and the data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes
- Degree or vocational qualification in business, business administration, Operations Management, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent German language skills (C2) for delivering training
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma
- Solid experience in day-to-day operational management
- Ability to prioritize based on available data and make decisions under time pressure
- Professional handling of incomplete data and escalations
- Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications
- Knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of using AI in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations
- Include an overview of projects involving the use of AI tools in Operations Management with your application
- Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments
- Experience with KPI-based performance management, as well as feedback and development conversations
- Professional approach to managing conflicts and resistance to change
- Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability
- Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management
- Ability to evaluate options and make make-or-automate decisions
- Several years of experience as an online trainer in adult education is desirable
- A comprehensive range of methods and tools in instructional design and teaching is desirable
- Experience applying innovative methods to actively engage learners is desirable
- A New Work mindset and an interest in new learning technologies are desirable
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are desirable
