Job Description
Mid-Level AI Analyst evaluating and implementing AI solutions for CI&T, a technology transformation company serving large enterprises. Developing POCs and supporting secure production integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Artificial Intelligence tools and solutions, including Generative AI, considering technical feasibility, costs, risks, and alignment with business needs.
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of Proofs of Concept (POCs), contributing to the definition of success criteria and analysis of results.
- Collaborate on the implementation and transition of AI solutions to production environments.
- Support the design of integrations, gathering of technical requirements, and documentation of solutions.
- Apply best practices in security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI use, taking Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and internal guidelines into account.
- Contribute to documenting guidelines, best practices, and lessons learned related to AI solutions.
- Work with Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business teams to identify opportunities and enable AI initiatives.
- Monitor the performance and results of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Practical experience with cloud computing, especially AWS.
- Experience evaluating, testing, or implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Practical knowledge of or experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Experience with or participation in the planning and execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Knowledge of the processes involved in transitioning AI solutions from experimental to production environments.
- Knowledge of systems architecture and application integration via APIs.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data engineering.
- Familiarity with AI Governance, Information Security, and data privacy concepts, including LGPD.
- Graduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Cloud Computing.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI techniques such as RAG and fine-tuning.
- Experience monitoring, evaluating the performance of, or optimizing AI solutions.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, and security frameworks and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency.
