Job Description
Support Analyst providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for production systems at a financial technology company. Collaborating with technology teams to ensure service continuity and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for production support and problem resolution;
- Provide technical assistance and support to users and systems;
- Monitor and manage systems, ensuring continuity of services;
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement improvements and automations;
- Document processes and troubleshooting solutions for future reference;
Requirements:
- Experience in production support, working as a Support Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in similar roles;
- Strong knowledge of technology environments, operating systems, and IT infrastructure;
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and process automation;
- Troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively within a team;
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring the quality of provided support;
- Relevant certifications will be considered a plus. Tools:
