Job Description
WWF International governance coordinator supporting senior leadership meetings, strategic research, and executive presentations. Managing calendars, meeting packages, documents, travel, and network governance communications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Governance and Network Engagement Team in delivering strategic meetings for WWF governance and advisory groups
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for major governance bodies and support logistics for in-person meetings
- Prepare final meeting document packages by coordinating inputs, organizing files and versions, editing content, and producing clear PDFs
- Maintain governance databases covering agendas, actions, decisions, and terms
- Coordinate team meetings and retreats, including logistics and agenda development
- Translate complex information into clear, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and visual materials
- Research, fact-check, and develop reports and preparatory documents for strategic decision-making
- Maintain team documents, the internal file system, and the Network Governance Hub on OneWWF
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, correspondence, and briefing packs
- Liaise with Finance and support budget oversight
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Advisor
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in research, coordination, and/or as an assistant supporting executive-level senior management
- Demonstrable ability to deliver clean, visually compelling materials using PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
- Experience in data entry, travel arrangements, and administrative support
- Comfortable using Adobe and Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
- Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-up, and deadline-management skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong visual design and aesthetic judgment, with experience designing through PowerPoint or other software
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
