Job Description

Corporate Communications Manager driving internal communications strategies at Curriculum Associates. Supporting content creation and engagement initiatives to connect employees across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies
  • Manage day-to-day internal communication initiatives
  • Create compelling content for internal platforms
  • Work with the Internal Communications team to draft messages and employee updates
  • Monitor key metrics to assess communication effectiveness
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company

Requirements:

  • BA in communications, public relations, English, journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with communication measurement tools
