Job Description
Corporate Communications Manager driving internal communications strategies at Curriculum Associates. Supporting content creation and engagement initiatives to connect employees across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies
- Manage day-to-day internal communication initiatives
- Create compelling content for internal platforms
- Work with the Internal Communications team to draft messages and employee updates
- Monitor key metrics to assess communication effectiveness
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company
Requirements:
- BA in communications, public relations, English, journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement
- Familiarity with communication measurement tools
