Job Description
Senior Marketing Advisor managing communications for Group Insurance Business in Canada. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our organizational objectives and enhance our brand reputation and build awareness of our unique value proposition.
- Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies and tactics to effectively deliver key messages to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to promote our brand, products, and services, including recurring communications for plan sponsors, advisors, and group administrators.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams to define key messages, target audience segments, and communication channels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and communications team colleagues to develop timely and effective response plans for urgent and crisis communication situations.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality written and visual content, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice through all stakeholder communication channels.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing or communication discipline or sufficient marketing and communications development knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in developing and executing B2B marketing communications, within a corporate environment or through work with corporate clients.
- Insurance industry experience considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Fluency in English, Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
