Job Description
Counsel to eviCore healthcare's client contracting team providing legal guidance in regulatory and contract challenges. Responsible for negotiating, drafting, and ensuring compliance in client contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a legal advisor to eviCore healthcare’s client contracting team
- Provide legal guidance for regulatory and contract challenges
- Negotiate and draft legal and business terms of client contracts
- Coordinate with Legal and Enterprise Compliance partners
- Identify key trends or gaps in medical management and service operations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor required
- 3-5 years of commercial contracting experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the managed care industry preferred
- Strong independent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex operations, technological, and financial issues
- Ability to render actionable legal advice within a matrixed business setting
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
