Job Description
Creative Director responsible for ad creative strategy and performance analysis across various platforms. Leading production of engaging video and static content primarily for Meta advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ad creative strategy across campaigns
- Ideate, direct, and oversee video and static ad creative for Meta and other platforms
- Develop creative strategies and concepts, including educational content and testimonials
- Analyze ad results to inform creative iterations
- Manage creative pipeline from concept to delivery
- Generate new angles for the same offers and audiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative strategist in a performance marketing or direct response environment
- Deep understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta and paid social — not just what looks good, but what drives action
- Strong portfolio of ad campaigns you've directed, with a focus on video creative
- Experience producing and directing UGC-style content, influencer-driven ads, and lo-fi formats that perform
- Ability to rapidly generate multiple creative angles for the same product or offer
- Finger on the pulse — you know what's trending, what's working, and what's about to be played out
- Strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and retention in short-form video
- Experience with creative testing frameworks (hook testing, modular creative, iterative versioning) is a plus
- Background in copywriting or direct response marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with creative analytics tools and platform-specific ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop ratio) is a plus
- Experience working in healthcare, dental, or local service industries is a plus
- Ability to edit or mock up rough cuts yourself (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a plus
