Job Description
Analista de Crédito managing financing solutions and lead qualification at AUVP. Focusing on compliance, documentation organization, and negotiation with financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify leads (website and database), understanding profile, objective, urgency, and eligibility;
- Validate simulation information and deliver a consultative pitch for the product (e.g., financing, home equity);
- Analyze client documentation (individual/corporate when applicable), checking consistency, outstanding items, and fraud risks;
- Calculate/evaluate common credit indicators: repayment capacity, debt-to-income ratio, overall indebtedness, collateral, and proposal terms (interest rate, term, total effective cost - CET, LTV when applicable);
- Prepare and track proposals with financial institutions/partners, conducting follow-ups until approval and disbursement;
- Record all activity in the CRM, keeping the pipeline updated, next steps, loss reasons, and forecasts;
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, checklists, and internal standards (quality, organization, and information security);
- Support continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, funnel losses, and propose process and communication adjustments;
- (When applicable) Support post-disbursement routines, such as status updates, final outstanding items, additional documentation, and routing to related areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (or solid exposure) in credit, bank correspondent operations, banking, real estate, fintech, or commercial operations;
- Practical knowledge of credit products (e.g., financing, home equity); familiarity with other modalities is a plus;
- Solid foundation in financial mathematics (interest rates, CET, term, amortization — SAC/PRICE knowledge is a plus);
- Ability to work with high volume, multiple simultaneous proposals, and shifting priorities;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (documents, records, outstanding items, deadlines);
- Good communication skills to negotiate, align expectations, and request documents smoothly;
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM workflows.
