Job Description
Gestionnaire CRM overseeing HubSpot ecosystem for ShareGate and Workleap. Leading architecture, governance, and implementation of customer relationship management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of and evolve the HubSpot ecosystem across multiple products and portals
- Ensure the CRM’s reliability, performance, and integrations
- Design and enforce data governance rules and system standards
- Lead end-to-end CRM projects with a strong sense of ownership
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor and support two junior CRM administrators
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements within the CRM
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, RevOps, or revenue systems
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (administration)
- Experience in CRM architecture, workflows, integrations, and automation
- Good understanding of data governance and lifecycle management
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver quickly
- Experience in coaching or mentoring
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation
