Job Description

Marketing Virtual Assistant supporting CRM management and client communication for a financial services business. Focused on organizing data and automating processes to improve business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, organize, and manage a CRM system (Agent CRM / GoHighLevel-based)
  • Help streamline client communication and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in setting up basic email and SMS automations
  • Support outbound communication campaigns to existing clients
  • Help schedule appointments and follow-ups through CRM workflows
  • Maintain and update CRM records on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with basic email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients to improve business efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years experience as a VA, Marketing VA, or CRM support role
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs and video instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good English communication skills
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Nice to Have: GoHighLevel / Agent CRM experience
  • Email/SMS marketing experience
