Job Description
Marketing Virtual Assistant supporting CRM management and client communication for a financial services business. Focused on organizing data and automating processes to improve business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, organize, and manage a CRM system (Agent CRM / GoHighLevel-based)
- Help streamline client communication and appointment scheduling
- Assist in setting up basic email and SMS automations
- Support outbound communication campaigns to existing clients
- Help schedule appointments and follow-ups through CRM workflows
- Maintain and update CRM records on an ongoing basis
- Assist with basic email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with clients to improve business efficiency
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years experience as a VA, Marketing VA, or CRM support role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and video instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable and proactive
- Nice to Have: GoHighLevel / Agent CRM experience
- Email/SMS marketing experience
