Job Description
Kundenberater für Onboarding, Finanzplanung und Vorsorgeberatung bei einem deutschen Finanzdienstleister. Betreuung von Kunden, Dokumentation und Optimierung klarer Beratungsprozesse.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers from initial contact through personalized financial planning.
- Conduct consultations and analyze customers’ insurance, protection, and retirement planning needs.
- Develop tailored financial solutions.
- Work according to defined standards and document processes reliably.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide clear, dependable responses to customer inquiries.
- Strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Structure processes, support the team, and continuously optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, completed commercial/business training, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification.
- Residence in Germany.
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Reliable, professional, and friendly communication—face-to-face, by phone, and digitally.
- Comfortable working within clear systems and defined processes.
- Take ownership of your area of responsibility and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
