Job Description

French Speaking Customer Advisor providing support for premium consumer electronics tech brand. Offering flexible remote work in Greece with an emphasis on customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, expert support via telephone, email, and live chat exclusively in French.
  • Serve as an authoritative guide, helping users navigate sophisticated software ecosystems and hardware configurations.
  • Employ authentic empathy and a polished demeanor to ensure every client receives a world-class brand experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest product rollouts and software updates to deliver precise, real-time guidance.
  • Meticulously log customer interactions and resolutions within corporate database systems to support seamless operational workflows.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native mastery of French (C2 level) is mandatory.
  • Strong intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level) for corporate training and internal company meetings.
  • Must currently live in Greece or be prepared to relocate anywhere within the country prior to your official start date.
  • Naturally comfortable using modern software applications with a genuine passion for consumer electronics and emerging technology.
  • An active listener characterized by a proactive, solution-driven approach to addressing customer needs.
