Job Description
Kundenberater für Finanzplanung und Vorsorgeberatung in Deutschland. Betreuung neuer und bestehender Kunden mit strukturierten Prozessen und digitalen Tools.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers from initial contact through to personalized financial planning.
- Conduct consultations, assess insurance and retirement planning needs, and develop tailored solutions.
- Work according to established standards and document processes reliably.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Structure processes and support the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification.
- Residence in Germany.
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Reliable, professional, and friendly communication—in person, by phone, and digitally.
- Confident working with clear systems and defined processes.
- Willingness to take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
