Job Description
Bilingual Customer Care Agent supporting SIXT rental customers through reservations, verification, and digital pick-up. Providing 24/7 multilingual service by phone, email, and video.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers by phone, email, and video around the clock
- Guide customers through the entire pick-up process, from verification and digital pick-up through the start of their journey
- Conduct video calls and explain processes clearly
- Answer questions about reservations, rentals, and pick-ups
- Assist customers with finalizing bookings
- Review customer data and resolve missing or unclear information
- Collaborate with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure smooth customer journeys
- Recommend suitable products and services
- Provide preboarding support before pick-up and assistance until customers are ready to drive
Requirements:
- Fluent German, English, and Spanish; all three languages are required
- Ability to explain complex processes simply
- Confident and authentic presentation in video calls
- Digital affinity and ability to use modern tools, video calling, digital processes, and technical solutions
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model, including weekends and public holidays
- Customer orientation and ability to identify needs, anticipate issues, and guide customers to solutions
- Teamwork with international colleagues and cross-border teams
- Ability to recognize additional customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
