Job Description
Customer Care Manager coordinating client relationships and employee-benefit solutions for ValueNet, Germany’s leading employee-benefits provider. Remote from the Canary Islands or office-based in Fuerteventura.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and clients
- Ensure a harmonious and consistent customer experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular personal interaction
- Identify individual client needs
- Ensure the sustained satisfaction of companies and their employees
- Proactively inform clients about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
- Continuously expand the benefits offering
- Implement innovative bonus models in practice
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience
- Ideally, experience in managing major accounts, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with professional negotiating proficiency
