Job Description
Customer Engineer responsible for installations and repairs of financial equipment for NCR Atleos. Ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment
- Ensure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until resolved
- Perform work on products and services of low complexity, specifically financial/ATM products
- Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment
- Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment
- Respond to all customer concerns or problems
- Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels
- Perform periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products
- Accurately report calls and activity, tracking all expenses incurred in the delivery of services
Requirements:
- Mandatory Driving license
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Experience on Windows operating systems required
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
- Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment is a plus
- CCNA preferred
