Job Description
Consultant providing implementation plans and training for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products. Managing client relationships while ensuring optimal software utilization and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to determine business and technical needs
- Recommend optimal system configuration and business processes
- Prepare and present implementation plans for customer approval
- Manage and execute implementation plans including directing staff resources
- Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Keep product and industry knowledge up to date
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for all engagements
- Travel to customer onsite premises when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting or accounting software
- CPA, preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Project management skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work well in team settings
- Experience with agile a plus
- Problem solving and situational analysis
- Time management and organization
- Comfortable with 25-50% travel including overnights required
