Job Description
MVR onboarding specialist managing state-specific compliance paperwork and vendor coordination. Supporting Motive customers using its AI-powered fleet-operations platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of organizing and managing the Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) state-specific onboarding process for customers' compliance teams
- Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR projects, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps
- Prepare, submit, and track state paperwork required to initiate and maintain MVR access on behalf of customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the external vendor partner, coordinating requests and resolving issues
- Communicate with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to provide status updates and resolve open items
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all active projects
- Identify and escalate roadblocks that could delay project completion, and drive them to resolution
- Report to the Senior Manager, Product Specialists
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with paperwork-heavy, process-driven workflows
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners to drive tasks to completion
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
