Job Description

Customer Experience position at Vobi, enhancing client satisfaction in construction tech services. Engage with customers to solve issues and propose operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat
  • Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related challenges
  • Triage incoming tickets and carefully assess requests, determining whether to escalate to other teams and classifying urgency
  • Manage internal communication to minimize response time to the customer
  • Assist with operational procedures related to tool implementation for clients
  • Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase loyalty
  • Propose improvements to internal workflows and recommend actions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience
  • Drive the evolution of support processes by leveraging AI

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, or Engineering
  • Willingness to support and assist our customers in resolving problems
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and mediation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to adapt to change
  • Curiosity and openness to learn and use AI solutions in daily work
