Job Description
Customer Experience Manager ensuring exceptional interactions for Venue Search clients at BCD M&E. Collaborating with teams to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Champion for making every interaction with our Venue Search clients exceptional
- Partner with teams across the business to turn service standards into reality
- Keep clients smiling from first pitch to post-event high-fives
