Job Description

Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist connecting clients to Storage Scholars' services. Assisting with inquiries, sales, and customer support in a flexible remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing and Training on HubSpot – Our all-inclusive ticketing system.
  • Fielding inbound prospects – Assisting potential clients in getting quotes, booking moves, and more!
  • Proactive outreach to potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinating with our operations and campus teams to document and fulfill special client requests.
  • Analyzing Photo Inventory by campus against mover input to ensure accurate billing.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
  • Quick learner with a yearning to self-improve every day.
  • Strong phone presence and voice control.
  • High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike.
