Job Description
Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist connecting clients to Storage Scholars' services. Assisting with inquiries, sales, and customer support in a flexible remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing and Training on HubSpot – Our all-inclusive ticketing system.
- Fielding inbound prospects – Assisting potential clients in getting quotes, booking moves, and more!
- Proactive outreach to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinating with our operations and campus teams to document and fulfill special client requests.
- Analyzing Photo Inventory by campus against mover input to ensure accurate billing.
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
- Quick learner with a yearning to self-improve every day.
- Strong phone presence and voice control.
- High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
