Job Description

Customer Integration Consultant leading data integration implementations and managing high-complexity data projects at The Standard. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, providing subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex data integration implementations, including configuration, testing, and coordination with internal and external partners
  • Serve as a business consultant to internal teams, policyholders, and brokers, educating and advocating for data integration capabilities (APIs, SSO, EDI)
  • Manage and resolve high‑complexity integration issues, providing root cause analysis and subject matter expertise
  • Conduct process gap analyses and partner with leadership to define priorities and execute the data integration roadmap
  • Represent the organization in customer presentations, finalist meetings, and vendor partnerships while providing informal leadership and mentoring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, and customer‑facing project management within the health benefits industry
  • Experience with API configuration using Adeptia or similar graphical user interface tools
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying tools such as SQL Server or TOAD
  • Enrollment or absence case configuration experience with Workday, Selerix, ADP, PlanSource, or other benefits administration systems
  • Ability to travel 5–10% as needed
