Job Description
Client Implementation & Onboarding Specialist managing post-sale customer journeys for Puulse AI. Engaging US-based business owners through the onboarding process with clarity and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of new accounts immediately after the sale is closed; introduce the onboarding roadmap and set expectations.
- Consult with clients to collect all necessary content, images, and brand guidelines required for their AI website build.
- Work closely with the technical build team to ensure the project stays on schedule and aligns with the client’s vision.
- Conduct professional video walkthroughs of the completed website, managing revisions and obtaining final approval.
- Responsible for the final collection of payments and ensuring billing accounts are correctly established.
- Maintain detailed, real-time updates in the CRM to ensure the entire team has visibility into the project status.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency
- Near-native level of spoken, written, and comprehension English. You must be comfortable and articulate on live video calls with US clients.
- Technical Aptitude
- Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, and a quick learning curve for AI-driven website platforms.
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously without losing track of details.
- Professionalism
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-value customers.
