Job Description

Customer Service Representative ensuring service excellence in managing Residential Earthquake policies for producers. Communicating effectively via phone and email in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the highest standard of service to our producers is met
  • Be extremely knowledgeable in all Residential Earthquake policies and endorsements and be able to answer technical questions about those products
  • Process policies and endorsements accurately and timely in the system while adhering to the underwriting guidelines
  • Receive and apply insured payments to accounts per established guidelines and standards
  • Communicate via phone and email, this position is on a phone loop 100%

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take high volume of phone calls and/or emails
  • Ability to work a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. pacific standard time; Monday through Friday and show up at scheduled time due to call center like environment, phone lines open at 8:00 a.m.
