Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting patients and healthcare providers with inquiries via phone and chat. Ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients/healthcare providers via phone and chat
  • Assist with prescription drug inquiries and troubleshoot mail-order issues
  • Guide through basic resolution steps
  • Ensure patient/healthcare provider satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain excellent Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to share insights and improve support processes
  • Track patient/healthcare provider interactions for first-call resolution

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare experience is not required but is considered a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus
