Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting patients and healthcare providers with inquiries via phone and chat. Ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients/healthcare providers via phone and chat
- Assist with prescription drug inquiries and troubleshoot mail-order issues
- Guide through basic resolution steps
- Ensure patient/healthcare provider satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Deliver outstanding customer support through clear and effective communication
- Maintain excellent Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share insights and improve support processes
- Track patient/healthcare provider interactions for first-call resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare experience is not required but is considered a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
