Job Description

Customer Services Portal Specialist at Philips supporting scalable service operations and driving improvements for user adoption. Requires experience with Salesforce customer communities and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • supports the execution and continuous improvement of scalable service operations
  • assists with pilots and test runs
  • monitors workflow effectiveness
  • helps drive operational improvements
  • ensures compliance with country-specific regulations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience configuring customer users
  • experience using PPSU permissions
  • knowledge of administration of Salesforce customer communities and users
  • high school diploma
  • ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
