Job Description

Customer Success Associate guiding American operators through Ambrook’s financial tools. Aiming to provide clarity and confidence in financial decision-making for family-run businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Ambrook for customers navigating our product
  • Master the product inside and out
  • Learn the ins and outs of agricultural bookkeeping
  • Improve the customer experience by sharing patterns and product feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
  • A clear, professional communicator
  • A people person
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
  • Available for a minimum of 20 hours/week on a contract basis.
