Job Description
Customer Success Associate guiding American operators through Ambrook’s financial tools. Aiming to provide clarity and confidence in financial decision-making for family-run businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Ambrook for customers navigating our product
- Master the product inside and out
- Learn the ins and outs of agricultural bookkeeping
- Improve the customer experience by sharing patterns and product feedback
Requirements:
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
- A clear, professional communicator
- A people person
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
- Available for a minimum of 20 hours/week on a contract basis.
