Job Description
Customer Success Consultant managing client partnerships for Castlight’s digital healthcare navigation and Vera’s advanced primary care solutions. Driving engagement, care outcomes, benefits optimization, and renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Build strong, trusted client relationships
- Lead Annual Business Reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Understand client goals and align solutions accordingly
- Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Drive adoption of behavioral health, chronic condition management, and care navigation programs
- Partner with clients to improve engagement, care utilization, and total cost of care
- Guide clients through program design, configuration, and optimization
- Provide expertise on benefits administration, practice management workflows, and union-related considerations
- Identify and address performance gaps with proactive solutions
- Partner with Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to advocate for client needs
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities by articulating value and impact
- Contribute to best practices and scalable Customer Success strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience working in or with practice management (health systems, clinics, or provider operations)
- Experience working with labor unions or unionized populations
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and/or digital health solutions
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare models
- Experience supporting large, complex clients (enterprise or multi-stakeholder environments)
- Background working with benefits leaders, HR teams, or health plans
- Familiarity with collective bargaining environments and union dynamics
- Based in or near the Seattle area
