Job Description

Customer Success Manager acting as the on-ground extension of the Instagrid team, onboarding resellers and supporting partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-the-ground extension of the team,
  • Bridge the gap between European headquarters and partners,
  • Onboard new resellers and support the wider partner network across Australia and New Zealand,
  • Engage with end customers and ensure a consistent brand presence,
  • Support the onboarding and training of partner sales and technical teams,
  • Manage demo units and product stock for training sessions and events,
  • Provide concise weekly updates to headquarters on activities and observations.

Requirements:

  • Based in Brisbane, Australia.
  • Confident communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Frequent in-country and occasional international travel expected.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to self-manage while solving problems in real time.
  • Comfortable working with technical products, including running basic demonstrations and explaining functionality.
  • Experience working with distributors, tools, hire companies, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
