Job Description
Werkstudent im Sales Operations zur Unterstützung der Datenqualität und Effizienz im CRM-System. Engagieren in der Analyse von Vertriebsdaten und der Implementierung neuer Tools.
Responsibilities:
- You actively support ensuring that our processes across the customer journey (new business, existing customers, community management) run in a data-driven, efficient and scalable way.
- You work operationally in the CRM system (HubSpot), helping to ensure data quality and build meaningful structures for the sales organization.
- You analyze sales data, prepare reports and support the derivation of insights to optimize processes.
- You help identify manual and inefficient sales processes and contribute to their automation.
- You work closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure information is structured and reliably available.
- You contribute fresh ideas and support the implementation of new AI-driven tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled in university (ideally starting from your 3rd–4th semester).
- You are organized, analytical, tech-savvy and eager to take on practical responsibility and develop professionally.
- You are interested in Sales Operations, data, systems and processes and want to understand how modern sales organizations are structured.
- You work in a structured, analytical and reliable manner, especially when handling CRM data and reports.
- You have strong technical/tool affinity and enjoy working with CRM, reporting and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Excel/Sheets, AI tools).
- You think in numbers, recognize patterns and are committed to measurably improving processes.
- You show initiative, take responsibility for work packages and implement feedback constructively.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
