Job Description

Internship for a Customer Success Manager in a transformative recruiting startup. Hands-on experience with real projects and development opportunities in a modern office.

Responsibilities:

  • We will onboard you and introduce our processes so that from day one you are actively involved rather than just observing
  • Networking: You will maintain active relationship management with existing companies to anticipate future needs, generate up-to-date market insights, and optimize customer accounts
  • Professional development: Together with colleagues from Sales and HR, you will be trained to become a fully fledged Customer Success Manager and will develop your prospects for a potential permanent position with us
  • Ownership: Initiate your own projects and contribute to other areas

Requirements:

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d)
  • Field of study? We don’t mind — what matters is that you are communicative, empathetic, and have the right drive
  • You have gained initial work experience as a working student (Werkstudent)
  • You are technically inclined and adapt easily to new systems
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and proactively
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Good English skills
  • Teamwork, customer orientation, initiative, reliability, and creativity
