Job Description
Customer Success Manager ensuring pharmaceutical clients extract maximum value from analytics platform. Collaborating across functions and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted advisor for pharma clients at multiple organizational levels
- Translate patient-reported data and real-world insights into actionable recommendations
- Design, execute, and oversee client rollout plans for smooth product adoption
- Monitor and demonstrate ROI for clients, leading renewal conversations
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, Commercial, and Marketing teams
- Represent mama health in high-stakes client discussions and strategic quarterly reviews
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role with proven ownership of client relationships
- Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
- Healthcare or pharma experience is expected; evaluation for candidates with strong interest and willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills to deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy shaping new approaches and guiding clients through novelty
- Adaptable and open to taking on projects beyond traditional scope of Customer Success
- Comfortable with data-driven insights and translating complex information into clear client value stories
- Thrive in cross-functional environments and are a team player
- Seriously fluent in English, ideally some knowledge of German/Italian/Spanish/French.
